1. Who We Are

menot.you is a DevOps automation service for AI agents, operated from Portugal, European Union. As an EU-based service, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are the data controller for information collected through the Service.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:

  • Discord data: Your Discord user ID, username, guild (server) IDs, and channel IDs where the bot is invoked. We do not read message history beyond direct @mentions.
  • GitHub data: Repository URLs and names you connect to the Service, and OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf. We do not read code beyond what is needed to execute requested tasks.
  • Usage data: Commands issued, task durations, error logs, and performance metrics. This data is used to operate and improve the Service.
  • Configuration data: Agent preferences, environment names, and workspace settings you provide via Discord commands.

We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or any data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provision and manage infrastructure and agent environments on your behalf.
  • Authenticate your requests to GitHub and Discord APIs.
  • Diagnose errors and improve service reliability.
  • Send task progress updates to your Discord forum posts.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 4.

4. Third-Party Services

Operating the Service requires integration with the following third parties, each of which processes data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Discord — Bot interaction platform. Data processed per Discord's Privacy Policy.
  • GitHub — Repository access and CI/CD. Data processed per GitHub's Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude). Code and task context may be sent to Anthropic's API. Data processed per Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare — Infrastructure and DDoS protection. Network traffic routed through Cloudflare. Data processed per Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Active workspace data (configurations, logs) is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion or service termination:

  • Workspace data and configurations are deleted within 30 days.
  • Usage logs are anonymized or deleted within 90 days.
  • OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted immediately upon disconnection.

6. Your GDPR Rights

As an EU-based service, we respect your rights under GDPR:

  • Right of access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate data we hold.
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to restriction: Request we limit processing of your data.
  • Right to portability: Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We do not use analytics scripts or advertising trackers. The only data collected by visiting this site is standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested), which are processed by Cloudflare and retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
