1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using menot.you ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by menot.you, based in Portugal, European Union.

2. Description of Service

menot.you is a DevOps automation platform that connects to Discord and GitHub to provision, configure, and manage infrastructure and AI agent execution environments on behalf of users. The Service automates tasks including but not limited to repository setup, environment provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and agent deployment.

The Service is provided in early access and may be subject to changes, interruptions, or discontinuation without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

By using the Service you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when connecting your Discord and GitHub accounts.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
  • Not use the Service to deploy or execute malicious code, spam, or content that violates third-party terms of service.
  • Keep your API keys and credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by menot.you and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Your data, code, and agent configurations remain your property. You grant menot.you a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

5. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. menot.you is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Discord and GitHub integrations. menot.you may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless required otherwise by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via Discord. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
